Water is leaking from white drain pipe. Need someone to seal it.

My laundry sink drains slowly, and when the washing machine empties, water bubbles/backflows into the laundry sink. I’ve tried hot water with no improvement. I'd like a quote on how much it would cost to fix this issue.

The tap has gotten loose n it’s falling and plus in the washroom the water is taking too much time to pass by the drainage has dirty so we need someone to clean it

The hot water temperature is low to kitchen and bathrooms- good in the laundry. It appears to be a tempering valve issue.

Shower leaking a bit, need a plumber to assess and fix. After 4:30 PM day or evening.

Diverter button on shower mixer (the small button above the main handle) is stuck. Second photo shows that I’ve unscrewed the outer cap, exposing the brass stem of the diverter. Would rather repair than replace the whole mixer tap. May just need some WD-40 and jiggling around to loosen the internal diverter spring? Either way, I haven’t got the tools and would prefer it be done by a plumber or handy person with appropriate experience.

Have been experiencing sewage leaking for a while now in one of the bathrooms. I managed to narrow it down to one toilet, the rest of the piping goes underneath the carpet so we can't identify where exactly is leaking.

The shower head is getting off from the hose when shower. Need to fix it

We need to change our sink bowl and plumbing according to the new sink in our kitchen.
