Title Fix slow bathroom basin drain + install toilet seat Description Hi, I need help with two small bathroom jobs: My bathroom basin is draining very slowly. I gently tried to clear around the pop-up waste and some black debris/soap scum came out, but the drainage became slower. It may need the pop-up waste or P-trap cleaned. I also need a new toilet seat installed. I already have the replacement seat: Parisi Pressalit Sway D2 Soft Close Toilet Seat, PN5621, white. The seat comes with its fixing kit/accessories. The toilet is a PARISI Linfa wall-faced pan, PN770. Please bring basic plumbing/handyman tools. Photos attached. Please quote the total cost. Let me know if any extra parts may be needed. Thank you.

Water is leaking from white drain pipe. Need someone to seal it.

My laundry sink drains slowly, and when the washing machine empties, water bubbles/backflows into the laundry sink. I’ve tried hot water with no improvement. I'd like a quote on how much it would cost to fix this issue.

The hot water temperature is low to kitchen and bathrooms- good in the laundry. It appears to be a tempering valve issue.

Diverter button on shower mixer (the small button above the main handle) is stuck. Second photo shows that I’ve unscrewed the outer cap, exposing the brass stem of the diverter. Would rather repair than replace the whole mixer tap. May just need some WD-40 and jiggling around to loosen the internal diverter spring? Either way, I haven’t got the tools and would prefer it be done by a plumber or handy person with appropriate experience.

Have been experiencing sewage leaking for a while now in one of the bathrooms. I managed to narrow it down to one toilet, the rest of the piping goes underneath the carpet so we can't identify where exactly is leaking.
