Professional plumbing services needed for our apartment. Our hot water temperature has been discovered to be not stable; it could be suddenly very cold or hot. Hot water is supplied by the building via a hot water pipe; the unstable temperature was observed in all our room; neighbors have not reported this issue.

Light Bulb Repair & Kitchen Tap Stabilisation Task Description: 1. Light Bulb Repair: The ceiling light in one of the rooms is not working, even though other lights in the same room are functioning properly. • I have already tried replacing the bulb with a new one (same type), but the issue persists. • The new bulb works in other sockets, so the problem seems to be with the light fitting or electrical connection. • Please also inspect and repair the red-circled area in the attached photo (accidentally cracked it trying to fix it myself) 2. Kitchen Tap Stabilisation: The kitchen tap is loose and tilting to one side. • Water flow is completely fine – no leaks or issues with water pressure. • It looks like the black rubber ring (or gasket) underneath the tap that used to support it has worn out or dislodged. • The tap just needs to be properly supported and stabilised again. My toilet is leaking inside the tank - water keeps running into the bowl after flushing. If I tap the flush again sometimes this stops. Hot water take a longer time to come through and not as hot as before in my apartment

I would like to replace my undermount kitchen sink with a top-mount one. The current sink size is 69cm × 47cm (irregular shape, the widest point). Details of the new sink are shown in the attached picture. The old sink and part of the countertop will need to be cut out. The drainage pipe will also need to be adjusted, as I’m switching from a double bowl to a single bowl. Plumber License Required.
