My water meter is indicating a leak (constantly rotating meter). Upon closer look there is a puddle of water directly under the main valve. Unfortunately I think the leak is on my side of the main valve. I need a registered plumber to quote for below - 1. Call out to inspect and confirm the issue. 2. Replace or fix valve stem (if this is the issue)

These two taps are the most used taps in the house and leak especially during the winters. They used to drip and now have started to flow in a tiny stream even when the tap is closed and shut very tight. The house was built in around 2005.
