Got water leak from basin in bathroom

My coffee machine does not have water coming through the group head. If I do a full clean and descale, it will work, but the next time I use it it won't pump water all the way through, eventually leaking out the back. There does not seem to be any obvious blockages when taking the machine apart. The hot water/steamer wand does not seem to have any issues.

I need tempering valve change. I am getting very lukewarm water in hot water system.

The bathroom sink tap is leaking from tap side while turn on. Both cold and hot water tap.
