Under mount sink in my bathroom. Vanity needs to be fixed, it's a stone top and the sink is ceramic. The correct bonding agent needs to be supplied.
John did a great job fixing my undermentioned sink which got detached from the stone top,John is very experienced in everything stone related and knew exactly what needed to be done. John took his time to make sure the job is done professionally without short cuts. Also great in communication and a genuine nice guy.

One of my toilets has slow draining problem. When flushed, water level in the bowl will always reduce but at much slower rate than normal. It is also followed by a gurgling/bubling sound. Sink, showers, and other toilet work fine. May need jet pressure. Three ORGs are outside the house. Sewer seems to be built with terracotta and may be affected by tree roots given the age of the property and vegetation in the property.
Second time working with these guys and they are amazing as always. My case is a toilet blockage and Jamie & Erick worked efficiently to clear in less than one hour. Happy day.
