The sink is always filled with water and the pipes are clogged so the water can’t go through. The pipes needs to be cleaned and emptied.

An old existing shower water and its pipe needs to be moved from its existing place and be moved into the wall. So a new pipe needs to be laid out with hot and cold water. Also a new toilet pipe needs to be installed in the same bathroom replacing the existing bathtub with a toilet.

This property recently underwent a gas compliance check. The upright cooker connection needs to be rectified with a high level hose connection, and the floor needs to be raised to ensure the feet sit flush and do not catch on the timber flooring.
