Need to do the below 3 tasks. ++ Toilet 1: Fix cistern water leak ++ Screaching sound on plumbing pipe that needs to be verified. ++ Toilet 2: Need to have bidet, but note it has In-Cistern Valve and hence outlet needs to be routed externally. I want some good quality recommendation on the bidet item and either I can purchase or will be reimbursed with receipt. Need someone with prior experience.

Our washbasin is broken, need to replace with another one The basin we have in our ensuite is a twin washbasin, and we would like the same type installed. We already have one in our kids’ bathroom, which can be used to replace the broken one so that they both match. The new basin can then be installed in the kids’ bathroom.

Needing someone to come assess/fix our hot water system. It isn't getting hot enough. It is warm/hotish even when turned on full blast. Hoping it will be an easy fix.
