I require a skilled handyman or licensed plumber to diagnose and repair two separate leaking toilets (both standard dual-flush cistern toilets) in one home. One has a constant leak from the tank into the bowl. The other has a long refill leak. I also want to replace the washers from the bathroom sink taps.

Replace 3 sets of bathroom taps with the turn lever (new taps will be provided as pictured). Will only need help installing the new levers. One of the taps are also leaking.

My current bathroom basin cracked after I put some hot water in. I need help to remove it and install a new basin. The budget I put is for labour only. If anyone is able to supply the basin, pls mention in the quote and I definately want to replace to a better quality basin to avoid this from happening again (pls mention the brand/product code if possible). If not, I am more than happy to purchase one myself but I will need a bit guide to correctly measure everything.

Leak Issue1: Toilet Base There is a possible Leak Around Toilet Base. There appears to be water seeping from the base of the toilet. The sealant around the bottom edge is deteriorating, and there are signs of moisture or water stains on the floor tiles. Leak Issue2: Under the bathroom sink pipe There is a water leak coming from the pipe under the bathroom sink. It appears to be leaking around the trap area (the vertical cylindrical part) and possibly from the connection joints.

Replace old toilet and basin with new. I will get needed parts and material from Bunnings. Just quote labaour charges please.
