Fix the blocked sink

Old mixer spout is broken. I have a new mixer tap to be installed (Ikea Brogrund tap with sensor).

We are getting a new bench top installed and under mount sink - we need someone to remove the tap in the morning and reinstalled later that day after the bench top has been installed.

Existing undermount sink was fixed only with adhesive which has given way. Need to have it re-installed.

Existing piping takes rainwater from roof and fills rainwater tank with overflow to drain. As we’re relocating the tank we need the pipe to go straight to drain (also remove leaf catcher & first flush device). - Due date: Flexible

1. Connect new Bosch washing machine to clean water outlet and waste water drain. The waste nib is sealed, so w aste water can't drain from the washing machine. Also, the cold water outlet needs to be turned 90 degrees in order to connect the hose from the cold water outlet to the washing machine. 2. Connect electronic bidet seat to existing toilet. See photo attached. Power point and clean water outlet are already installed.
