Two sets of taps need washers replaced and also a rusted out shower hose needs replacing. Unit in the city, specific time scheduled for the tenant: between 10am & midday on Tuesday 13th Feb. The owner has parts (but no tools for the job) and she has requested entry to allow her to meet on-site between these hours only. Please do not respond if unable to be in the CBD between 10am & noon on Tuesday 13/2/24.
