Leaking and noisy shower

Shower repairs required Description: Main bathroom shower grout is falling our and door has dropped. Needs to be inspected for water leaks and renovation I am concerned that the shower is leaking and doing damage behind the wall and base.

There is a water leak coming from under the shower glass. I need it investigated and for a quote to fix it.

My shower head is leaking, and need someone to fix or replace the washer/seal. The issue seems to be minor as the leak is coming from the shower head only, not the pipes. Looking for a reliable handyman or plumber to get this sorted.

Shower tape is leaking, it should be because of the tape, need to remove the rust/fix it

Unblock toilet drain. Previous tenants have blocked. Have been advised probably needs blasting. Not totally blocked as does not overflow. Toilet has been removed and ready to be cleared. I have most tools but not an industrial pipe cleaning hose attachment. The image would be a hole in the ground.

Hi, The valve has come off as shown in the photo. I have the parts but don't know how to put them back. The house was rented before so I don't know if there are missing parts.
