Need few things done 1. Tap leakage needs to be fixed for 2 taps 2. A small broken external pipe needs to be fixed

Both bathroom hot water ( shower) are inconsistent and gets cold intermittently. Have not changed / cleaned the tempering valve or pressure valve for more than 7 years

I need a leaking washer replaced on a tap and a toilet cistern is leaking water. I am home today (monday) or tomorrow or Saturday ok too. Happy to pay an hourly rate or you can quote it.

Hi - Plumber consult required to come out and help me map out how to re-plumb bathroom. I am moving vanity and installing washer and dryer into an internal cupboard. The way i need to plumb effects lots of other things so I need the info before i move forward. Have photos of plumbing prior to this renovation where vanity was on other side of wall. I have a new tap and a reverse osmosis system from the ‘water shop’ that I need installed. I need a plumber or someone who is confident to do this/ has done this before (ideally). Need a drill to make a carefull hole in the pipe, otherwise I have all the parts.

I need a qualified licensed plumber to disconnect some pipes making sure the water is turned off by the mains so the place doesn’t get flooded. We need to remove the white sink and pipes so that we can continue to remove the wall partition that was there. We also want to remove the toilet. Licensed plumber needed for 2 small tasks: 1. Remove outdoor water outlets safely as they are no longer required. Ensure it doesn’t negatively impact hot/cold water supply and flow to the remaining parts of the household. 2.
