Portion of the outdoor terrace ceiling is broken due to water damage. The cause of water has been repaired but we now need a plasterer to repair and repaint. Ideally, not the the entire ceiling has to be replaced, just the one side. After, whole ceiling needs one coat of white outdoor semi-gloss paint.

Moved in to an apartment that needed some cabling working and some patching up from the previous owner. Smaller holes are around 5x5cm (walls), a few small holes near the speaker (roof - picture) and a larger hole (pictured) is around 30cm x 30cm (ceiling). All holes are pictured. We have a small corner in our bedroom where there was old water damage that has caused the drywall to warp and come off the stud. Because of this, there is a small area that needs to be replaced and checked for mould and potentially sprayed for mould. Area is no more than 1 square meter and affects the corner of the wall which includes the wall and a small part of the ceiling corner. I want to remove this door and just have it look like a hallway. Need someone to do that and plaster or fill the holes and paint so it looks like it was never there.
