Patch a hole in a kitchen renovation where an old hot water heater was

My ceiling is plasterboard, and I will likely need the holes from the existing light fittings to be patched and filled. The new light may need to be installed centred between the existing two points, so some minor adjustment to positioning may be required. I’d prefer to have everything completed on the same day. Scope of work: -Remove 2 existing ceiling light fittings -Install 1 new ceiling light -Patch and fill holes in plasterboard ceiling (no painting required) Additionally, my previous lights were dimmable, and I’d appreciate advice on whether my new light can be made dimmable and what would be required to do so. We run a multipurpose space in balaclava and need the therapy space jazzed up. We need a floating shelf installed which we have purchased. We also need four holes drilled to mount wall hangings. The wall service surface is somewhat complicated. It’s a combination of concrete and plaster. We appreciate attention to detail as we will be overseeing the correct placement of the artworks

There is a horizontal crease in the wall, approximately 3.5m-4.0m long that would be removed, and replastered so the wall is completely flush

I have some plaster that needs repairing. There is a cavity in the laundry that needs to be extended to fit a washing machine. This will include moving the wooden batons. There is also a hole where a wall mounted ironing board was removed and a damaged piece of plaster. A PowerPoint may need to be moved to maximise the cavity too

Ceiling has fallen down in kitchen and over dining room, we require someone to repair/replace plasterboard. Dining room 7.7x4.5x2.7 and kitchen is 4.3 x 4.5 x 2.7

I need an experienced, detail-oriented renderer-plasterer for the following small jobs. See photos below. HALLWAY: render this strip ready for painting. Approx 160cm long, 1-2cm high.
