I am looking to get some water damaged plaster replaced. The damage is around an existing bathroom intake grille which was removed during the leak repair process so the grille would need to be reseated as well. Also, would your service cover replacing our existing inline exhaust fan, it is quite loud and doesn't seem to move a whole lot of air. Looking to finish off a home Pilates studio and need two walls and a ceiling plasterboard sheeted. I am happy to do the painting myself or this additional scope can be agreed on the day. Walls are approximately 3m wide x 3m high each. Structure all in place, just needs someone who knows how to cut and place plasterboard to complete. Some very minor cords to work around, but can assess on the day the easiest way to deal with these (conceal them, pull them through, etc). End of lease inspection, need to remove, patch and paint 13 holes in walls. Plus one 10cm size plaster patch. One other small spot to patch from 3m sticker removal gone wrong. Hi there, I am installing a firebox into the wall (as per the photo.) I need a plasterer to trim back, then reinstall plaster, stop up and sand. I want the plaster to come over the flanges so that the plaster comes all the way to the edge of the fireplace opening. Hi! I am looking for a handy man for a couple jobs 1) broken sliding door - I'm unsure if this can be fixed easily. Door seems like it's come off the roller rail.
