Box in water pipes from vanity to floor, including a tiled skirting 10cmx10x10x50 ish (I have the tile and the sheet). Complete the caulking: incl around the toilet, skirting and on the mitred tiles incl removing some around the skirting. Paint bathroom walls, doors, architraves and ceiling - needs a bit of sanding e.g. around skirting and removal of previous poor paint job.

Black grill gates need to be lightly sanded and a freshen up with gloss paint, black box, two French doors, door frames., two ceilings, walls. Areas are small. Front entrance is high.
