I’m looking for an experienced floor grinder to remove paint and residue from approximately 500m² of concrete flooring at a shop in Coolaroo to be ready for future epoxy paint . You’ll need to bring a large floor-grinding machine suitable for the area. The shop has already been painted, so please use effective dust extraction and take care to keep dust off the walls, windows and ceiling. Please leave the area clean when finished. Ideally, one experienced person with a large grinder can complete the job in one day. The job needs to start Monday, 28 September. Please include your availability, equipment and price in your offer.

I’m looking to repaint my kitchen cabinets and would like the final result to match the second image, transforming it from the first image. Colour & finish: • All existing dark grey cabinetry to be repainted in Casper White Quarter • Finish to be smooth, even, and professional, similar to a factory or sprayed finish • No visible brush marks, roller texture, or patchiness Scope of work: • Cabinet doors, drawer fronts, and all visible cabinet frames to be painted • No changes to layout, doors, or cabinetry structure • Benchtops, splashback tiles, flooring, appliances, and hardware remain unchanged Overall look I’m aiming for: • Bright, clean, and modern kitchen • Soft white cabinetry (Casper White Quarter) as shown in the reference image • A light-reflective finish that makes the space feel more open
