Find an experienced local painter in Mountain Gate

I'm looking for a painter to help with some paint chip touch-up jobs. Our two-bedroom unit has several paint chips on some walls and ceilings in our living, common bedroom, master bedroom and bathroom. The chip itself is small, sized around 1cm - 3cm. Except in the bathroom where it's rather long. We don't need to paint the whole wall or ceiling, just touch up the chips. There are 20 chips spot in total, and since AirTasker only allows five photos to upload, please let me know if you need further images before the quote or the job, and I will provide those for you. When submitting your quote please let me know how you plan to match the current colour as closely as possible. Thank you.

Painting 3.1 x 3.7 bed room in pink 4L bucket paint will be provided (no fillers and brushes). Walls only currently has white base.

Paint lounge/dining/kitchen, toilet room, 1 wall in bathroom, 2 bedrooms - entire unit is 50square metres. Paint celling white, trims/arcs white, walls lexicon half, paint doors. PAINT WILL BE PROVIDED (Will need confirmation on amount) Paint the exterior of the front windows including the frame (H=210cm W=220cm ) see pics -- The top right window which opens has flaking inside and will require little bit of paint on the inner side as well. 1. Scrape off all loose and flaking paint. 2. Fill any cracks or holes with a suitable exterior filler (like Selleys). 3. Sand all surfaces to a flat finish and remove greyed timber. 4. Dust off. 5. Apply 2 coats of paint

High Pressure Wash concrete driveway area and front door area with concrete cleaner soap (provided) as shown photo. Must have own equipment. Concrete Wash liquid soap provided. Need it done this weekend

I need a timber beam approx 3m long sanded and painted,has to be done on Monday, I have the paint.

Entire room to be painted 'Low Sheen Black' (Taubman's brand outdoor paint preferred), including roof and hard-to-reach places, such as entry way via stairs. Rough room measurements: 710x1750 We are a gym with equipment already in the room, so preparation and clean-up is extremely important. We will take down TVs prior to job. We will potentially need another gym painted, so could lead in to two jobs based on how it goes.
