Colour scheme all white, Victorian Builders White, low sheen on walls and ceiling, semi-gloss on skirtings and arcs, no doors. Small steel beams to be metal primed before and painted white. timber ply walls and ceiling require dusting and cobwebbing, require drop sheets to protect furniture and wardrobe from falling dust while cleaning. then deep clean with vinegar, scrubbing for mould on the timber ply walls and ceiling. ceiling is 5metres high and will require large ladder and/or painters planks. - Due date: Flexible

Tidy up plastering done by someone else in a few smaller areas. Needs to be sanded, and smoothed out. I have plaster powder for the job.

Exterior House Painting (two coats) - 4 sides of house / carport / two hexagon outbuildings - Cleaning the surfaces is required (we supply the high pressure hose) - We supply the paint (woodland grey Dulux weathershield high gloss) TRIM ONLY (anything that is painted maroon or grey): - 4 sets of low stair cases - 1 door on main house - all gutters / barge boards / fascia board / deck skirting / deck posts / carport beams and posts etc. - two pieces of metal flashing on either side of deck roof need to be primed first (we supply primer). DOES NOT need to be painted: window frames / sliding door frames / deck floor.
