Painter onsite so no painting . Qualified Chippy urgently needed to replace a Set of external Timber stairs. I’ve got everything you need , was going todo it myself but did my back in. Have posts that need to be Concreted in and The timber stringers. The treads are all cut to size and already one coat of paint. Just need someone that knows what they are doing and can make it happen without supervision. Today or tomorrow. The task involves: 1. Take off all ceiling lights. 2. Move the furnitures away from living room. 3. Cover the kitchen cabinet with plastic film. 4. Protect the carpet floor using corflute (about 76m2). 5. Use a polish machine with integrated vacuum to polish off the texture paint on the concrete ceiling. (About 190m2 in total). 6. Paint the ceiling in vivid white. (About 200m2 in total). 7. Remove protection, clean up and move furniture back. Note:There is no asbestos or contamination in the house. The texture paint is directly on to the concrete suspended ceiling. - Due date: Flexible

Looking for someone to re-oil our deck, which usually gets done once or twice a year, but this time round we are time poor and tired! All furniture will be moved and the deck pressure washed. We have the oil ready to go. See attached photos of the space. The larger deck area (under the flyover) is 9m x 5m. Deck needing to be sanded back. Hand rails ok to be left as will be removed. Approx size until properly measure is length 10m by 5, Either end approx is much narrower and taken up with a spa etc. if need to look first please message. Last time it took about 3 hours including rails. - Due date: Flexible

We had some water damage to some internal walls in our home. The walls are all fixed now. Our wallpaper is no longer available but we have 1 spare roll which is more than enough for the repair. We understand and accept there will probably be a difference between the new and the old. There's 2 sections plus a couple of minor repairs. There may be a little prep work and removal before hanging. Please see pics. Let me know what a fair price is for this.

Finish painting under a balcony. Access is at height, as the land below the balcony slopes down. We have tried to show this in the photos, however it’s not completely clear. Square meter space is approx 35m2 and the photos show what parts need doing (mainly in all the crevices and along the edges). We already have the paint. We do not have an scaffolding or a way of reaching the area.
