Hi, I’m after a quote to repaint the inside of the house walls, skirting and trim - 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1 toilet, 1 living, 1 dining and kitchen. supply paint required in white I.e. lexicon white. Not fussed.

Part hallway and dining room ceiling scrape and paint 3mx1m hallway ceiling and cornice is flaking. I’ve started scraping some but it’s half done. Needs to be repainted in flat white Also, similar size in living room where ceiling has been professionally patched and painted. Just needs couple of coats of flat white blended in. Paint not supplied but after flat white to match paint around which was painted approx 2 years ago Date from Monday 11 March onwards Flexible with days and times but needs to be after 9:00am due to school drop offs

Fill the scratches with plastic body builder (supplied by you), sand back and apply base. spray paint and top coat (those supplied by me).

Paint tall stair hallway - walls only. I have paint as I painted the whole house. I need someone with a bit of paint experience, tall ladder, and cover sheet for stairs and balustrade and remove wall sticker. I marked in red where masking tape should go so no need to worry about individual stairs - see photos. Need 2 coats, I think it's few hours job. Stair hallway dimensions: - width 900mm - height 2400mm lowest and 4700mm highest point (measured from 2nd step) - length 3600mm (top of stairs to wall with small window)

Existing deck, require a clean and then 2 x coats of deck oil. I have the cleaning solution and the deck oil along with the brush for cleaning. Can also procure the oil applicator and a paint brush for around the balustrade. Use deck wash to clean the deck. Maybe a small amount of sanding but it would just be one end, if required (about 4m2). It depends how it comes up after the wash. Stain/lacquer the deck.
