Hi We need to have some of our external window frames painted once the weather clears. It is a double storey house.

Left Hand Boundary Fence (inside): 22.5 meters long x 1.7 high Back fence (inside): 14 meters long x 1.7 high Right Hand Boundary Fence (inside): 14 meters long x 1.7 high I need a quote for the service fee excluding paint.

Need painting done on concrete panel fence, first coat has been done just need second coat, maybe 5 hours work 10 panels 6 meter long each 1.8m high I will supply paint and brushes ect Need to be a decent painter

Need wood logs sanded and coated with a sealant for use as side tables/ coffee table

Patch fill and skim ready for painting. Can be done over the next few days.

I am looking for someone who has a 4000 psi pressure washer who can wash my concrete fence (fence is 6m long x 1.8 high) there is paint on the wall and it is flakeing and the paint needs to be removed

Painting a gyprock wall inside the house. I have the undercoating paint and will buy the paint.

We have an outdoor deck that requires sanding and varnishing. The deck is in two sections: Section 1 - rear of property with good access (6x1.5m). Area = 9m2 Section 2 - rear of the property, down against the waterfront and contains both horizontal and vertical faces as shown in the attached photos. Area = 21m2 (6x.6 front face [Content Moderated] level 1, 9m2; 6x1 front face 2, 6m2; 1.5x.5 end bottom stairs 0.75m2; 2x.8 end top stairs 1.6m2 The total area to be varnished and sanded is approx 30m2 (18m2 of horizontal decking, 12m2 of vertical facing decking). I will supply the varnish and have sand paper for a belt sander and detail sander, but you’ll need to supply everything else to compete the job (sander, brushes, roller, cleaning equipment, etc) and clean up afterwards.
