Needing qualified/professional painter to fix up DIY job. Caulking required around one small window and mainly trims to be redone in semi gloss and a few “messy spots” fixed if possible. Trims had small holes that have been filled with putty but not sanded yet. Quick coat also on ceiling. We’ve just had our front door installed and have been told it needs to be painted within 24hrs. Paint is all here ready to go

Handiperson required Patching one gyprock small hole 5cm 20cm discoloured area due to roof water leak from recent massive rain, apply precision stain and mold blocker, and repaint just that area to meld into rest of ceiling in white, second spot no hole just discolouration which needs light sand back apply mould inhibitor and repaint general area to meld with rest of ceiling. Lastly hop on to the roof and check both areas for a crack tile and fill with clear roof sealant. House being prepared for sale on Thursday afternoon advertising so needed in short order. Will supply materials as require. Premises currently empty so as early or late as you need to compute the task. Can be done Thursday morning as well.
