For the floorboards: The area is about 90 sqm. Sand and polish floorboards of entire vacant 3 bedroom house. Minor repairs are required too - the three worst small sections are attached (floorboards otherwise in good condition). The front rooms are older baltic pine and the rear extension is new hardwood. All rooms have floorboards (including the bathroom). The polish should be a matte finish - im happy to have a chat about what you think will work best. For the deck: The deck is around 16 sqm. Sand the deck. Finish with a standard deck finish (e.g. a simple matte stain) Quote should be all inclusive of airtasker fees and materials (inc polish). Repairs to the rendering at the front of our house preparing it for paint. Repairs include sanding back a dodgy patch-up job, and removing plugs/screws where things have been previously attached to rendering. Budget is flexible as I’m unsure of what is involved in this work.

External prep (scrape, sand off loose paint) repair cracks and chipped concrete, seal and paint underside of ground floor balcony in cream with monument grey balcony fascia. I have unfortunately gotten a mark on my dining table that I can’t seem to remove. Would like to pay to get whole table sanded (with primary goal of removing mark and then re-finished. Table is 180x90cm

I need someone to come and paint the concrete floor of my carport. I already have the paint and am happy to provide rollers and other material if required (it would be once a consultation has occurred on the best tools for the job). The area is approx 40sqm. Painting for a three bedroom house plus bungalow out the back. Approximate building size of 180msq. Minimum two full coats. Plain white. Paint provided. Certain timber wall areas that have never been painted before will need an addition layer of undercoat. I will supply. All rooms need to be included including kitchen, bathroom, laundry All ceilings, cornices, doors, trimmings and skirting etc need to be included All prep work need to be included which involves filling in gaps between skirting and walls, cracks in walls,removing occasional nails, filling in gaps in cornices. Moving out on the 2nd and need some minor patch work and painting done on the walls in my 2 bedroom townhouse. 99% of the marks are done from the removal of the 2N wall stickers and there’s also one wall with some marks from some plant residue. The marks are in 3 main rooms in the house with roughly 30 in total spread across 3-4 walls.
