Previous owner left holes from removing tv mount. Need it to be filled in.

Require the install of an automatic gate system. I have the motorized unit and tracks. The gate is manually opened and closed presently on its track. The install will require a small piece of concrete as a base to be installed first in order to have a base to bolt down into. There is a conduit already laid for the power cable to be run from the external power point outside the house under the lawn to the garden gate (5m)

I need an experienced trade person who is highly skilled with cornice installation. I need it installed on a bulk head and to rejoin with existing cornice. Please only apply if you have a lot of experience in this field as we have only bought enough to do what is required and some cut off pieces. I have attached pictures. Will need to bring all tools and cornice cement. If you are experienced and know what you are doing I would say this is no more than an hour job.

My roller blind will not roll up - the mechanism used will not catch on the pin it is supposed to. It is now flapping in the wind! Also, need to get the fabric sew up on a few of the panels - but that is not essential

1) Mount a 55" TV on the wall. Mount has been purchased and comes with a template for screwing holes in the wall. I have attempted this myself using a stud finder but I failed, 3 of the holes don't have a stud behind them. You will need to locate the studs and let me have a think if the TV can still be centered on the wall in its new position. If I still want it near my original position, I may request that you go to the Bunnings nearby (3.2km away), get the required pine and plasterboard, and fix up the original holes I drilled. I will pay for the materials (including reasonable excess). 2) Mount shelves on the wall underneath the TV. Shelves are the black ones shown in one of the photos. I have 2 sets of shelves, so a total of 6 pieces. 3) Mount a rectangular mirror on the wall. 4) Fix a toilet seat that came off. Let me know your rates. Repair damage to plaster wall
