2 jobs) The bathroom door in my clinic has a soft close hinge that is not soft closing and is also coming off the wall. The screws are coming out of the wood and there is nothing there to grip on to. (see photos). I would like someone to fit the screws properly and also see if they can make the hinge actually soft closing. The porcelain cover was taken off the bathroom sink a while back and I can't get it back on, so I would like someone to get it back on (see photos)

Hi, I would like a quote and time frame to attach legs to my sofa. One of the legs broke, so I purchased 4 new legs, but I cannot get the screws in to the previous holes of the couch.
