Our townhouse is 12 years old has 4 side has weatherboards and they need to be repainted to be the same Color. One of them has 2 cracks on it need to be filled or replace if necessary. (Where the weatherboard connect to bricks there are a metal frame that covers bricks looks like bent and slightly peeled from the bricks. If this can be done together then great! See arrows in red in photo) I will circle all those cracks in photo .

I had a Heater removed and have a hole in my external wall where the exhaust vent was. I would like someone to come and repair the wall inside and outside. Interior is Gyprock wall (or so I am told), exterior is weatherboard. I do not need it painted. Photo shows the hole on the exterior (interior is the same size). Looking for an experienced handyman to securely mount a ceramic name plate on the front of our weatherboard house. The frontage is traditional timber weatherboard, so the surface is uneven. The installer will need to use appropriate packers/wedgers/spacers (or another suitable method) to ensure the ceramic plate sits level and flush without cracking or stress on the tile. Details: 1. Task 01: A couple of FC weatherboards that form the cladding of our garage have broken. They need to be replaced. A weatherboard has come loose due to presumably high wind. It need to be fixed back. I’m presuming it might need a nail gun or something else to keep it secure. You will need your own ladder as mine is not high enough.
