Iron burn on carpet. Might need section replaced otherwise unsure how to fix. Tried sanding it with no success.

Looking for someone experienced with small marine jobs. Need two rusted stern light bolts cut and removed, then lights reinstalled on an aluminium tinny using stainless fasteners and marine sealant. Job includes: Cut off seized bolts (small grinder or Dremel) Remove old fittings Reinstall both lights properly (drip loop, sealed cable entry) Avoid damage to aluminium transom Boat is on trailer with easy access. No rewiring required as existing cables are OK.

In the garage area, which also incorporates the laundry, the existing jib rock sheet that has been nailed and glued needs to be removed and replaced. A new jib rock sheet is to be installed securely in its place. In addition, a light fitting needs to be installed in this area once the wall lining work is completed.
