I work with a few people living with disabilities and within each house there are a couple of things needing to be looked at and replaced / fixed. Backyard fence has a few posts loose, and a bedroom door is slightly broken by the handle, but still able to open and close. Paint close to that of the door would be a plus.

Door Handles x2 and Shower Head * The door handle to the main bedroom is loose on both sides and I’m concerned it may come off. * The left hand side handle on the sliding door to the balcony has also come loose. * The little lever on the shower head has broken off making it very difficult to adjust, may we please have this replaced. Bathroom Exhaust Fan Cover Broken Tenants Reports: We have a problem with the exhaust fan cover in the ensuite bathroom. The cover keeps falling down and after putting it back up, keeps falling down again. The screws are rusted out which probably explains why the cover won’t stay in position. Would you please arrange a maintenance person to come and fix it permanently.

We recently renovated our office but couldn’t complete one room due to logistics. We now want to finish this works. We need to patch up and paint the walls and finish the flooring installation. The room is roughly the size of a small bedroom. We have the paint and the flooring already onsite.
