Brief: I need a licensed plumber to inspect and repair a recurring drainage issue with my upstairs kitchen sink, as well as replace the existing kitchen tap. Problem details: • When the dishwasher discharges or the tap runs for an extended time, water backs up and sits in the sink. • A plumber previously cut into cabinetry and adjusted the pipe under the sink (removing a tight 90° bend). This helped temporarily, but the issue has returned. • I’ve tried chemical unblockers and plunging, which only provide short-term relief. • All other household drains (bathrooms, toilets, laundry) are fine – the issue appears isolated to the kitchen line. • The kitchen waste pipe runs from upstairs, down into the garden, before joining the sewer line. • It could be a partial blockage, a venting issue, or a combination – but I’ll leave that to the pros to determine. What I need done: • Inspect the kitchen waste line with a CCTV drain camera. • Mechanically clear the line if required (auger or high-pressure jet). • Check venting/air admittance valve and repair or install if needed. • Replace the current kitchen tap (new tap supplied – this is purely a cosmetic upgrade) 💡 Note on budget: I’ve set a placeholder only – please quote based on what you think is required after inspection.

Need a gym equipment expert to partially disassemble my treadmill and move it into my garage. The section that requires unscrewing contains wiring for the treadmill. The treadmill will not fit through any of my doors without unscrewing. Insurance preferred in case of damage to treadmill. No stairs involved.

Ive bought an adjustable Overhead storage rack. I have assembled the body of the rack but i need to bolt it to the ceiling of my garage. Electrical locator is required to find an electrical wire in the concrete ceiling My garage ceiling is 3.2m high. To secure it in place, it requires 24 x M6-80 expansion bolts. There is a light bulb in the ceiling and im unable to find what direction the electrical wire is running.
