3 curtain single rods installation

I got three carpentry work that need to be done 1) the wood at the side of the roof just under the tiles is coming off 2) also another area the wood under the roof is also coming off but the antenna is connected to it 3) the balcony ballistic is coming off. Measure is 5.7m long on one side and 1.5m the other side
