DOOR REPAIRS OR REPLACEMENT: I estimate that this is up to a week of work in separate visits to a Rose Bay apartment, so no fixed price is really possible. I’ve put in a budgetary price based on an expected hourly rate plus materials which may be extra. 1. The front door needs to be shortened on-site by 10mm, prior to fitting a new carpet in early March. 2. Six other internal doors need replacing with new doors as the current ones are poor quality, ‘hollow’ doors (note the cheap ‘ribbing’ effect in the attached image). Following delivery of these doors they will need to be fitted either before or after a new carpet has been supplied and installed by others. These doors with the same ‘pattern’ (see image) will be painted by others. 3. Repair or replace a metal door between the balcony and kitchen that 'catches' against the door frame. Note that the handle is corroded and needs replacing on both sides. Please measure up and consult on what to order. 4. Fix a fly-screen door where the wheel is worn out and is difficult to remove. If it can’t be repaired a new fly-screen door may be required. I believe this task needs a registered carpenter or builder with experience of this type of work. It is NOT that the cheapest bid wins this work. It’s about experience and hopefully some references to support your offer.

Rebooking task between Zoe and Lucas

A clothes line drilled into an internal wall is broken. I have bought a replacement clothesline to install but it is a different size. I would like a handyman to clean the existing holes and drill two new holes for the line. You will need a 1/4 inch masonry bit and equipment and materials to clean up the existing two holes. Maybe a sander and spack filler.

Need someone to hang a TV on the wall (have the bracket) and connect our dishwasher to plumbing outlets.
