I want to install 2 out door blinds to an upstairs unit. One will require a ladder to access the window that does not have a balcony

Fabric needs realignment in the side tracks so it travels smoothly One blind's motor limits need resetting/realigning so it comes down fully again System is Rollease Acmeda Automate with ARC motors, 15CH ARC remote (MT02-0101-072003) Remote works, but LCD is cracked - happy to pay extra if you can supply a replacement Must know Rollease Acmeda/Automate ARC motors and limit programming. I need a Coolaroo outdoor blind from Bunnings installed on my apartment balcony. It’s a recessed, semi-enclosed balcony and the blind will be mounted inside the balcony opening. This is the blind (but in the darker colour) https://www.bunnings.com.au/coolaroo-2-4-x-2-4m-graphite-crank-operated-outdoor-blind_p0334441. It will leave a gap either side of the opening, hoping to get these as equal as possible. You will need a step ladder, appropriate drills bits for masonry/metal. I have attempted to install myself and failed! All but one part is missing (a plastic wall anchor). Happy to send more photos if required.
