Hi, I need to install outdoor blinds to my patio to protect it from the weather.

There are three outdoor blinds on my balcony. One has become damaged over the years from wind and rain so I need it replaced. You can access the balcony from the inside of my house and given that the house is two storey you won't need a tall ladder to access from outside. I've purchased the new blind - I just need someone to remove the old one and install the new. As you can see on the picture, I was not home and one of the side rails of the outdoor blind was stripped off the wall. No damage to blind/fabric, and it’s still retracting up/down normally. I’d like a handyman who can reattach the left rail track. The right one is intact and working fine. May need 3 new (thicker) wall screws and wall plugs as well.
