Need help identifying and sealing off entry points where you can fit mesh over to prevent rats from getting inside. (See Jack 900mm x 5m 6.5 x 6.5mm Mouse Mesh- on bunnings website- to get an idea of material desired) I have one roll which can be cut in half at least.

I am moving the last things out of a commercially leased premises located upstairs (first floor) in Osborne Park, and I require some help with the following: - Removal of small TV and TV bracket from a brick wall. (Attached with wall plugs and screws) - Removal of 2 rows of melamine shelving and approx 6 - 8 brackets from brick wall (Attached with wall plugs and screws). Approx 2 metres per shelf. - Removal of 3 x white IKEA toy boxes and 3 x mats that sit on top- one or two of the boxes may be in peices. - Removal of 1 x Large brown melamine cupboard. This one is big and heavy - approx 2.4m H x 1.5m W x 1m D. It is possible to get down the stairs with 2 people, however I don't mind if it is broken up and taken down in peices. (Big hammer required :) 1 x Bar Fridge located in Kitchen area. I would like to keep the TV and bracket, the shelving and brackets, any of the IKEA boxes that are not broken and the bar fridge. These will need to be carried down the stairs and placed in the foyer downstairs, or in my car, if I'm there when you are. The big cupboard and any broken IKEA boxes, you would need to take them with you for disposal. Tools required - Phillips head screwdriver, maybe a big hammer...
