Hi, I’m looking for someone to do a minor repair on my brick mailbox. As shown in the second photo, there are gaps between the bricks and a crack that needs to be filled with cement/mortar to secure the bricks properly. The job mainly involves filling the gaps, repairing the crack and tidying up the damaged areas. It’s a small and straightforward job, not a complete rebuild. Looking for an experienced concreter or handyman to construct a small concrete foundation for an Absco garden shed in my backyard in Boronia. Slab specifications: - Size: 1620 × 880 mm (approximately 1.43 m²) - Concrete thickness: 100 mm - Compacted road base: approximately 75 mm - Perimeter rebate: 75 mm wide × 25 mm deep, as specified by Absco - Level finish suitable for shed installation Site conditions: The proposed location is in the backyard alongside a timber boundary fence. The area currently has grass, weeds and some tree roots. Ground preparation and levelling will be required. Materials already purchased: - 12 × 20 kg bags of road base - 3 × 2.4 m lengths of 90 × 35 mm treated pine (already cut for formwork) - Timber stakes - Timber screws - String line - Concrete finishing float Concrete and reinforcement have not yet been purchased. Scope of work: 1. Prepare and level the ground, including removal of vegetation and minor roots. 2. Install and compact road base. 3. Set up formwork to the correct dimensions. 4. Install reinforcement as appropriate. 5. Form the manufacturer's specified perimeter rebate. 6. Pour, level and finish the concrete slab. My Milkcan letterbox was firmly fixed before an impact but started wobbling immediately afterwards. The bottom internal metal joint also appears loose. Two small areas to be fixed and painted

We are requiring someone will skills and experience to install our next front entrance French doors, plus the door handle and flush bolt at the top of one door. The previous owners obviously possible cut the door frame wrong so it’s slightly too big and they have just added another piece of wood to the door to make it fit so if we could have a discussion to what would look the best to solve this issue for the new doors that would be appreciated!
