Look for a qualified handyman / maintenance person (with a WWCC) to do jobs around the house. Needs to be done on or before Friday. Jobs include replacing door handles, re-caulking and grouting some small areas, fixing a wardrobe door. Maybe 3-4 hours of work.

I have a section of eave sheet that needs to be replaced at a townhouse . It's on an upper level but there is a section of roofing that is stable to stand on. Hoping to have the section cut in and replaced maybe painted across the 3m length to blend the repair. Looking for a neat result using the correct product. Eave joint and new sheets. Not just a silicone finish. There may be other items we can do/resolve with the right tradesman.

Need maintenance to my air conditioners mainly cleaning of filters.

Looking for someone to do maintenance tasks BEFORE MONDAY when a house is being painted. Removing door handles and towel racks, taking down curtains, shaving doors for easy closing, re-gluing a few skirting boards, re-caulk some areas, etc.

Need someone with general handyman skills with excellent experience. Job will not be renegotiated onsite after commencing. Duties needing to be undertaken for an old property is as follows: -fix a crack in wall plaster inside and outside to a bedroom, render type plaster and sealing. Photos to follow. - Fix interface between cornices in all house rooms between cornices and ceiling plaster. -Fix some other cracks as pictured. -Fix plaster render next to an antenna point checked by electrician as safe, photos provided. -Fix bedroom door which won't close due to house movement. -General wall plaster cracks need rendering repair photo attached. No painting required. Rooms are mostly empty and undergoing renovations. When a decision is made and offer placed, work can start next week asap.

I have 2x manual roller shutters. One needs a complete repair as the wind up as out of the wall. The other needs a maintenance and or repair as it isn't rolling smoothly.

Supporting leaning trees near the fence line. Cutting number of high hedges. Collecting and removing all garden debris, leaves and branches. All green waste needs to be taken away and disposed of. Must have your own tools, ladder, safety equipments suitable for this task.

Bought a Gentrax 6600 Inverter Generator brand new and been using it for a few months with no issues. Just recently it sounds like it wants to start but won’t. Probably just needs a routine maintenance; I’ve changed the oil but I don’t have time to do the rest this week. Thank you
