Scope of Work: • Clean all gutters and remove any leaves, dirt and debris • Inspect and clean the roof surface where required • Replace any damaged or broken roof tiles identified during inspection • Repair and seal the connection area between the chimney and roof (flashing area) • Waterproof and seal any areas that may be allowing water ingress • Inspect for any other roof issues and provide recommendations if additional repairs are required • Remove all rubbish and leave the site clean upon completion Important Information: • I do not have any spare roof tiles available on-site. If replacement tiles are required, need to source suitable matching tile Please include material costs separately where possible.

I have a section of eave sheet that needs to be replaced at a townhouse . It's on an upper level but there is a section of roofing that is stable to stand on. Hoping to have the section cut in and replaced maybe painted across the 3m length to blend the repair. Looking for a neat result using the correct product. Eave joint and new sheets. Not just a silicone finish. There may be other items we can do/resolve with the right tradesman.

Our townhouse is 12 years old has 4 side has weatherboards and they need to be repainted to be the same Color. One of them has 2 cracks on it need to be filled or replace if necessary. Need someone with general handyman skills with excellent experience. Job will not be renegotiated onsite after commencing. Duties needing to be undertaken for an old property is as follows: -fix a crack in wall plaster inside and outside to a bedroom, render type plaster and sealing. Photos to follow. - Fix interface between cornices in all house rooms between cornices and ceiling plaster. -Fix some other cracks as pictured. -Fix plaster render next to an antenna point checked by electrician as safe, photos provided. -Fix bedroom door which won't close due to house movement. -General wall plaster cracks need rendering repair photo attached. No painting required. Rooms are mostly empty and undergoing renovations. When a decision is made and offer placed, work can start next week asap.
