Maintenance items: 1. Entrance Hall - Front door lock The front door lock wasn’t working. The lock mechanism wasn’t locking. Door dropped and tried to lift the door to align the lock but it didn’t work. Temporarily swapped the back door with the front door in the interim. 2. Outside - Decking and rails Decking at the front has a split in it. Porch rails are rotting including back area. 3. Washing line Washing line is starting to fall out of the wall. Clips on line also don’t stay in place. When it’s winding the washing line collapses 4. Gutter cleaning The gutters be cleaned. 5. Front gate Front gate is very hard to open and close. The gate is catching and wearing the paint. A simple sanding of the side post would probably fix this issue.

I have 2x manual roller shutters. One needs a complete repair as the wind up as out of the wall. The other needs a maintenance and or repair as it isn't rolling smoothly.
