Repair a few patches on ceiling where the pastor has been ripped off (a built in wardrobe has been removed)

Fix and repaint the part of the false ceiling that has water damage.

I urgently need a gyprocker to patch a hole in the bathroom ceiling. A section was cut out around a ducted unit/exhaust box (see photo) and needs to be boarded up, sealed, and paint.

See photos attached. Need rubber seal replaced on kitchen sink waste. Slow leak developed overtime, assuming just the rubber gasket needs to be replaced and tighten.

Golf ball sized hole in wall. Caused by baby gate being pushed forward which speared the wall. We can’t use just a general fix with tape and spackle as the baby gate will go in/around the hole again. So we need the hole to be sturdy, likely with wood panel put behind to strengthen the surrounds. Open to discussion of approach Just needed for initial hole plug and first spak layer. We can apply secondary layers and finish paint job

Just need some help mounting these clothing rails to the wall for my home salon - will attach pictures. A family friends came over & tried to install them, he drilled them into the wall & also used a specific type of glue & secured them to the wall using rope to hold them tight against the wall while they set. After 3 days of letting the glue dry I took down the ropes so I could start hanging the extensions up on the rails, but immediately after the I took them down I could see they were coming off the wall, & when I attempted to hang things on, the rails just couldn’t support anything & they started falling off the wall. I’m not sure if it’s because the wall can’t support the rails, or if the wall isn’t level / flat - I have no idea lol. Thought it would be better to ask someone who knows how to do these things & could probably help get them mounted securely with the proper methods I’ll send through some pictures of the rails & what it’s currently looking like! For reference the wall is made from plaster so may have something to do with that lol. If anyone could give a quote & help out I’d really appreciate it. Thanks so much🙏🏽

I have tried using my own basic drill and it takes forever. Proper hammer-Rotary drill required. Four curtain rods four holes each - 16 total holes need to be drilled in solid concrete walls. I have marked location of screw holes already. The walls are rock solid!!
