We have a few things around the house that need fixing: 1) 2 doors (bedroom and bathroom) that won’t shut properly. They shut but can open easily with the slightest breeze coming in from the windows. We need to make sure they are secure and that they don’t open with wind coming in. 2) Toilet seat that needs fixing. It is currently loose and it’s coming off and we cannot seem to fix it ourselves. I have no idea how long the additional work will take but a lot of it involves replacing existing downlights with LIFX downlights. I am willing to pay $800 for a day's work even if all the work takes less than a day. If it takes longer than a day then I will pay the additional hourly rate that you quote me.
