I need help to repair my garage door please. It is a single panel garage with tilt door spring type on either side of the garage wall as pictured. The whole spring and bracket need to be removed from the wall and replaced as they rusted (both sides). Please provide a quote including parts and labor. Thank you.

I have removed an old wall and the plastering required is more complicated than what I’m used to. There is cornice work that needs repairing also. In the photos you can see the corner that needs plastering next to the wardrobe. I would also like some advice on how to frame up the top of the wardrobe to make it as easy as possible to wrap the cornice. This could be added to the job.

The wall seems to have metal studs behind plasterboard. Curtain rod needs to be placed there. I need the curtain rod fixed properly.
