I’ve got a 2009 Subaru Forester NA with what looks like an oil leak around the oil cooler/oil filter area on the passenger side. I have a section of eave sheet that needs to be replaced at a townhouse . It's on an upper level but there is a section of roofing that is stable to stand on. Hoping to have the section cut in and replaced maybe painted across the 3m length to blend the repair. Looking for a neat result using the correct product. Eave joint and new sheets. Not just a silicone finish. There may be other items we can do/resolve with the right tradesman.

Our townhouse is 12 years old has 4 side has weatherboards and they need to be repainted to be the same Color. One of them has 2 cracks on it need to be filled or replace if necessary.
