Photos to follow. - Fix interface between cornices in all house rooms between cornices and ceiling plaster. -Fix some other cracks as pictured. -Fix plaster render next to an antenna point checked by electrician as safe, photos provided. -Fix bedroom door which won't close due to house movement. -General wall plaster cracks need rendering repair photo attached. No painting required. Rooms are mostly empty and undergoing renovations. When a decision is made and offer placed, work can start next week asap.
