Job details: - 20 holes to be drilled (some existing holes can be reused) - Ceiling layer: ~10mm gypsum/plasterboard, then a perforated metal angle/frame (part of the balcony door/window frame), then concrete - Requires screws with wall plugs/anchors suitable for concrete - Indoor installation, balcony door/window area What you need to provide: - Tools and equipment for drilling through plasterboard, metal, and concrete - Suitable fixings (screws and wall plugs) for secure mounting - Ladder (ceiling height 2.7m) What I will provide: - New blinds (Tuiss Blinds Online) - Clear access to the work area - Disposal of old blinds

Measure and install new roller blinds on 9 windows, 2 french doors and 1 sliding door. One window and sliding door will require privacy blind.

I recently purchased a second-hand recliner chair, a few weeks ago, that is in relatively good working condition at the time. The other day, one of the zig-zag springs under the seat has just snapped off and needs to be repaired (another spring was already broken when I initially bought it through Facebook Marketplace) so in total there are 2 springs that need replacement/repairing. I do acknowledge that I’m currently on the heavier side, weighing around 120kg, but I’m hoping the issue is more related to the chair’s prior wear and age rather than my weight. There is a loading zone outside and also 2 hours free parking. Date of work is flexible The doors are 300cm (h) x 112cm (w)

Linak large sit/stand electric desk currently not working but has worked reliably for 6+ years. Have tried re-setting but stops working pretty quickly. See attached photos for make/model details. Would like to repair rather than replace if possible.

I have a mirror measuring 100cm high x 80cm wide hanging on the wall in my ensuite (photo attached) I would like this mirror removed (I think it’s glued to the wall) and I would like a mirrored cabinet measuring 80cm wide x 95cm tall installed 5cm higher than current mirror (so the top of the mirrored cabinet will be at the same level as previous mirror) - the cabinet is from IKEA. As it is in a bathroom and attached to a wall tiles the mirror needs to be removed carefully. Please let me know in your comments if you are also able to remove and dispose of the current mirror.

Hello! I am moving into an apartment and need some plumbing work done. 1. The left side of the kitchen sink is draining water even when the plug is in. I’ve tried changing the plug, even bought a new plug but same problem. The right side is fine. The internet tells me I need a plumber :) 2. I want to change the shower fixture in my ensuite. It currently has just a shower head that comes out of the wall. I want to change it to a shower head that also has a hand held shower with a diverter. I need your help to tell me which fixtures to buy and then to please install them for me. I added a (very bad!) photo of the current shower head.
