Apply touch-up paint so the patches blend in seamlessly for the final bond inspection. Materials & Paint:Filler/Tools: Handyman to please supply the rapid spackle (like Spakfilla), sandpaper, and tools. Paint:I already have the exact matching paint tin/sample pot ready to go

Clean / Dust skylight Note the ceilings are high. The air conditioner and downlights are in a ceiling about 4m high. The skylight is a bit higher, approx five metres. Please see photos. Job details: - 20 holes to be drilled (some existing holes can be reused) - Ceiling layer: ~10mm gypsum/plasterboard, then a perforated metal angle/frame (part of the balcony door/window frame), then concrete - Requires screws with wall plugs/anchors suitable for concrete - Indoor installation, balcony door/window area What you need to provide: - Tools and equipment for drilling through plasterboard, metal, and concrete - Suitable fixings (screws and wall plugs) for secure mounting - Ladder (ceiling height 2.7m) What I will provide: - New blinds (Tuiss Blinds Online) - Clear access to the work area - Disposal of old blinds

I recently purchased a second-hand recliner chair, a few weeks ago, that is in relatively good working condition at the time. The other day, one of the zig-zag springs under the seat has just snapped off and needs to be repaired (another spring was already broken when I initially bought it through Facebook Marketplace) so in total there are 2 springs that need replacement/repairing. I do acknowledge that I’m currently on the heavier side, weighing around 120kg, but I’m hoping the issue is more related to the chair’s prior wear and age rather than my weight. Hello! I am moving into an apartment and need some plumbing work done. 1. The left side of the kitchen sink is draining water even when the plug is in. I’ve tried changing the plug, even bought a new plug but same problem. The right side is fine. The internet tells me I need a plumber :) 2. I want to change the shower fixture in my ensuite. It currently has just a shower head that comes out of the wall. I want to change it to a shower head that also has a hand held shower with a diverter. I need your help to tell me which fixtures to buy and then to please install them for me. I added a (very bad!) photo of the current shower head.
