Leak in roof caused mould to develop on a spot on the ceiling. Leak is fixed. Requires removal of damaged patch and repair of damaged plaster on the ceiling. Additionally, there are a couple small holes that need filling (screw holes from old light fittings)

We have a brick fireplace with a large opening. We would like a solid door made that allows us to close shut without worry kids can access and also go to bed without fear it might spit something out. The aim is the the door the be on a hinge to open and close. The door is mostly fire resistant glass (for max view of fire) while having an iron frame (similar to a standard box fireplace door).
