The balcony door in our apartment has one or more broken rollers, and isn't rolling, so needs a proper fix. We also have a leaking tap that needs fixing (probably just washer replacement), so hoping to find someone that can do them both in one go.

The timber core around the top hinge on our corner bifold door has completely crumbled. We’d prefer a fix that reduces heavy leverage on that single hinge. Could you take a look and let us know if converting these into two independently swinging doors is feasible with our cabinet geometry, or if repairing/plugging the original bifold door core with reinforced hardware is the smarter path? We need a quote for the repairs. The budget can be negotiated.

Our sliding door has dropped and is dragging/not gliding properly. A handyman has already attended and tried adjusting the height screws on the roller fixtures to lift the door, but that didn't fix it. Believe at least one fixture (roller/wheel assembly) is faulty and needs replacing. Re-attach a metal door with three hinges - see photos. The door was attached with rivets but the door came off. Its probably best to use screws in place of rivets.

Hi! My screen door has become difficult to close properly. I currently have to force/push the door for the door to close. I believe the door may have dropped slightly or the latch may be misaligned.
