I recently had timber box pelmets removed to 4 x windows in my apartment as am getting curtains installed. After removing the pelmets there are gaps between the window reveal and underside of wall/lintel to each room and partially to the sides of the window reveal. The existing walls are 300mm wide double masonry and there is a painted timber reveal, which extends 110mm past the window frame. I need a builder, carpenter or plasterer for 'make good' works to the gaps located at the underside of the lintel and window head and to the side reveals, to the windows listed below: Windows x 4: Living Room - 2670W x 1510H (Door - 2120H) Kitchen - 1810W x 980H Bed 1 & 2- 1820W x 1510H I have been advised that one solution would be to add FC sheet substrate between window lintel and reveal, fix this to the underside of the wall, add corner bead, caulk gaps and replaster to match walls. I moved into my apartment and realized I cannot fit the washer and dryer through the doorway of the laundry. There is a pocket door that sticks out about 5cm and I believe if this is removed, then the appliances can be moved in and the door re-attached. Pictures of the pocket door are attached and more can be provided if needed. Both appliances are currently sitting immediately outside the laundry so do not need to be moved far. Tasker will need to bring own equipment (tools, dolly etc.) to remove door, move and install appliances, and re-attach door. Flexible on timing but priority given to Taskers who can attend sooner.

An existing external door (with glass insert) to be replaced with a new door. Existing door frame/architrave to be replaced. Existing door locks and blind to be re-used in new door.

I have a Victorian-period home with original doors. 1) two timber doors have been chewed by my dog - need light restoration (sanding/painting) 2) one timber door into an atrium no longer closes - needs repairing

This segment of the balcony door is stuck in an open position, can’t move it back with force- no obvious blocks in the way, I’m quite stuck! If able to come fix today 19th after 5:30

I have three doors around my house that don't close well. 1) Garage pedestrian door (aluminium door and frame). I think the door or frame has expanded in the heat and its striking against the top of the frame. Its almost impossible to open and close. 2) Bedroom door (wood door and frame). I think due to movement of the older house on stumps, the door now contacts the frame on the lower edge (see pictures) and its difficult to close. 3) Bathroom door - the door opens and closes but the latch doesn't stay in position and the door will not stay closed, nor can it be locked.

Need these issues to be fixed, and perhaps a new lock that would come with it.

We have an old, sliding wooden interior door that keeps coming off its rail. We've had this reset on its rail a couple of times, but because it keeps coming off, the advice is to get the rail or maybe the hook replaced - it's an old rail and a shallow hook, which is why it keeps coming off. One of the hooks is currently off the rail - see pics.

The bottom rail and seal on our upstairs glass shower door has dropped and separated from the door. This needs to refixed /repaired. The door currently is unable to close.

Sliding bathroom door has come off hinges and won't close. Looking for someone to fix it.

We need a decent handy person to install 2 eye screws into the joists in our ceiling for a swing / trapeze for our kids. It should be a pretty quick job but we want it done right so it doesn't fall down while the kids are on it. The ceiling is suspended on batons attached to the joists which are about 65mm above the plaster ceiling so a stud finder won't work but you can get a view of the joist from through the light fitting. The lock from our garage door has broken and we either need it repaired or changed. We also need a solution for the door/gate next to it. Someone attempted to break in and the diy dor holder put in by the locksmith broke. something similar would be ok but open to better ideas. see images.

May we please have come assistance installing a eufy Camera Doorbell to the steel door frame? We don't have the right tools to get this done.
