Needing a roller door installer for an open carport to enclose it.

Front door, lock & handle installed (no dead lock). I will require ABN receipt w business name/quals. Listed.

Hollow door need to be replaced as has a hole in it. May need to be painted and colour matched too.

Pick up keys from real estate in willeton. Pick up AA batteries, doorbell camera, 2 padlocks and 2 kitchen taps from click and collect Bunnings Armadale.( they will be paid for in your name). Install 4 x securty lights that run on 2 Aa batteries each. They need to face certain directions but no electrical needed, just put batteries inside the casing before installing. To install the doorbell camera you only need to install the bracket on the wall next to the front door.(2 screws). The tenant will need to pair the camera with their phone so leave inside when leaving. The padlocks are to just lock each side gate (2). The kitchen taps are optional. If you can’t do, don’t worry. They are Exactly the same taps to unscrew and replace. oReturn spare padlock keys to property manager in Willeton when returning property keys.
