I have four laundry cabinet to be installed. The help I need is to install the bracket and mount the cabinet on the wall. The cabinets are already assembled. I am just not sure about the drilling and brackets installation. Its a quick job for a handy man. - Due date: Flexible

I need 1 new downpipe installed and connected to stormwater in my patio. Existing pavers will be removed beforehand. Need it to be done prior to pouring concrete and enclosing the patio area. Would prefer a cream colorbond downpipe. Happy for it to be exposed outside the eaves if needed. One and half sized Wooden front door appears to have dropped causing gap at top it is pivot hinged - Due date: Flexible

Boundary wall to property has render and painted exterior, developed cracks and areas where sprinklers have degraded surface, and some of the cement render has been come away, also whipper snipper damage along the base of the wall most of the length, bubbling and air pockets forming on some of the surface. The wall is 1.8 metre height, is nearly 40 metres in length and requires 25 to 35 sq metres of render repair work, There is a major crack in the wall which will require racking out patching and re rendering, (see photos), has been patched with poly fills, but requires proper fill with mortar etc.I will repaint the wall after the repair job is finished. The house itself has small hairline cracks in the render surface and will also require some attention but will be a separate job as haven’t decided whether to do a full render and paint restoration as yet. As all queries have requested photos, I will add photos on Friday the 21st April to the task for your review and quotation. Due date: Flexible
