Hi, looking for someone to cut down to size and drill in door frame panels, re secure toilet seat and some other odd jobs like assemble 3 tables.

I need existing bedroom door modified to accommodate a hole for a cat. Solution is the cut off the bottom of the door as per the image and install the hinge that would keep that cut off piece attached to the door. The hinge does not need to be the same size it is just for reference.
