Job1: Remove a plasterboard wall (approx. 1metre x 60cm wide). Job2: Extend a shoe cabinet under the stairs behind shoe cabinet into a larger storage area. Both jobs are at the same property. Rubbish removal need to be included. This is a small job likely to take 1–2 days. Some plasterboard work will also be needed to patch a small section afterward. Surface need to be smooth and sanded ready to paint, so experience with gyprock is needed. A personal meeting on-site in Botany is required before any agreement can be made. low water pressure in the kitchen sink

We recently had our boardroom TV change and its left behind small screw holes and some marks that need to be patched and repainted, we need a skirting board installed and also painted. I have purchased the skirting, and we have leftover paint. However, you would need to bring spakfiller, paint brush, nails/nail gun, etc Additionally, we require our kitchen faucet to be glued, I purchased some silicone and metal glue as I wasn't sure what would be best.
