2 plantation blinds have broken

I’m after some quick ad hoc work: removing a motorised blackout blind in the main bedroom of a unit we rented, and swapping out/reinstalling the wooden slat that was there originally. Unfortunately, it looks like the previous installer has closed down his business, so I’m after someone new to assist. To install few outdoor plastic roller blinds, drill into wooden beams.

Looking for an experienced motorised blind technician to diagnose and repair an older Silent Gliss roller blind system. One of five motorised blinds intermittently stops halfway when raising or lowering. The motor appears to be working, so I suspect the issue is with the controller, sensor or electronics. I want to repair the existing system if possible, not replace all the blinds. Experience with Silent Gliss or similar systems preferred.

Metal cord that pulls blind up and down has snapped and needs replacing. Quick job, need new metal cord, not plastic please.

I need someone with a long ladder to complete a 5 min job! Roller blind was removed as part of renovation and needs to be re-fitted. Bracket in place… I just can’t reach and my ladder is too small. Needs to happen today (timing flexible). Thanks

Remove 2 sets of curtains and 2 roller blinds and install 4 new Roman blinds (from Tuiss/Blinds online). Dispose of old curtains if possible! If it was today (Friday 31st) before 3pm that would be amazing, otherwise Monday 3rd August Must have own tools (including masonry drill bit) and ladder and experience installing blinds

I purchased recess fit double roller blinds from DIY blinds but the original airtasker I had do the install ran into an issue with hitting a thick metal lintel in the frame and he wasn't equipped to handle. Looking for someone with specific experience ideally in blinds/drilling through metal to help with installation. There are 2 sets of double roller blinds: - Sliding door (~2m) - Window (70cm)
