I have a 20-year-old manual Luxaflex Silhouette blind. The continuous cord loop snapped and has been pulled out of the headrail. I need an experienced specialist to: 1. Supply and re-thread a new manual cord loop. 2. Ensure the internal manual clutch is working correctly. 3. Re-attach to the existing wall tensioner. We had a tradesman came over and glued the ends of the cord back on, but it has recently snapped again. We are wondering if you would still be available to supply and replace the snapped cord?

I have 7 s track blinds to hang and 1 curtain rod. They will be hung high up near the roof. There’s every chance one may be a few mm too long, ideally you have something to trim it to fit. I also have 3 pictures I need hooks/nails drilled in to hang them. I have windows being cleaned in the am, I’m awaiting time they will be finished but I gather any time from lunch should be OK. Can confirm once I know.

Hi, looking for help to remove 4 roller blinds from the wall. And also some curtain rod hooks nearby.

The bottom weight rail on the roller blind has detached from the blind fabric. The fabric does not appear torn; the adhesive attaching the fabric to the aluminium bottom rail appears to have failed due to age and wear. The blind cannot be operated properly and requires repair or reattachment of the bottom rail.

I need to install a very lightweight, no-drill blind in a stairwell. The window is about 4.5 meters high. The blind just clips into the window frame and tightens—no drilling or measuring required. The tricky part is the stairwell is quite narrow (it's a corner staircase), so access is limited. I wanted to check: Do you have the right equipment to safely reach that height in a tight space (e.g., an extension ladder or narrow scaffold)? Do you hold a current working at heights certificate (e.g., RIIWHS204E)? Would you be comfortable doing this job, and what would your price be?
