The removal of old curtains will be part of the job. Posting an approximate price, will need an exact quote based on measurements etc. i dont have the measurements of the windows with me.

Power drill to remove wooden blind connector brackets (per picture taken). Help to lift blinds from apartment to curb on street (elevator not stairs) for hard rubbish collection date on Thursday. Can do so from 6pm Wed. Should only take 30 mins max. Some of screws in connector brackets may have lost thread and need drill bit to punch through.
