We have 2 bedrooms (roughly 3m x 3m) which require skirting boards installing. We have the required skirts. Walls are concrete. We have no tools to provide for cutting. Photos attached. One room has one door. Second room will have wardrobes in place where marked X on picture (skirting to run up to that wardrobe), and Has two doors.

Looking for someone to come and pull up the existing Lino flooring and install new. The kitchen is 7 x 3.6m and around 21 square meters needs to be installed after accounting for kitchen island. We will provide materials and the roll will be 4m wide, its should be installed in one piece. Please provide examples of previous installations you have done. Thanks in advance!

The kitchen has cork flooring that can also be removed to show the original hardwood floors.
