Looking for someone to sand and polish the timber floors in my hallway, entry, study and living room. Total area is approximately 55 to 60 m². Floor plan and photos attached. The floors are solid hardwood floorboards (possibly Tasmanian Oak or a similar Australian hardwood). They have general wear, light scratches and a dull finish in high traffic areas. I want the floors to really shine and look close to new, with a gloss or semi-gloss finish.

Substrate needs to be glued to protect water proofing on the new floorboards you supply and install. Perimeter gap to be chalked in. 3 coats of water base finish. Try matching to existing timber.

Looking to sand and polish my apartments floorboards by the 5th April. Want 3 coats of polish with a matte finish that is a lighter colour to the current floorboards.
