I need a carpenter / joiner or flooring installer to lay around 30sqm of used floorboards on top of this plywood floor. The floorboards are used tongue and groove hardwood floorboards of varying lengths. The floorboards don’t need to be fixed to the floor as long as they stay in place and don’t move around when you walk on them.

Wanting to get my kitchen benchtop polished and resealed

Sand and polish my floors. The kitchen and living room built in cabinets will be removed as part of kitchen reno. The floors must be done between the strip out and installation. This will happen in next 5 to 7 weeks, dated TBC. Floor layout requiring sand and polish is marked in brown in the attached image. Floors of the bedrooms are floating hardwood and are cracking, if possible cracking should be fixed. Bedrooms do not require sand and polish.
