Looking for an experienced microcement / micro-topping flooring specialist to install a seamless mineral floor in a kitchen (~10–12 sqm) in a heritage apartment in Manly. The existing floor is old pine timber boards, so correct preparation, stabilisation, decoupling and levelling are required before applying the microcement system. Finish to be matte and architectural, suitable for kitchen use. The job would need to start on 17 December and be completed by 20 December, or for the installer to confirm whether this timeframe is feasible and their availability. Please note that access is constrained: the apartment is in a heritage-listed building, located on the second floor with no lift. There is no on-site parking; nearby loading zones are available but not all-day parking.

Remove existing damaged floorboards - water damaged ones by balcony door (general wear and tear mainly) I have a spare pack of the original floorboards to use as replacements. Of course they will need to be cut to size. Use whole pack to repair as much as you can. May require a little bit of new underlay at the edges of the floorboard as it sinks a little when you step on it. I've thrown in a budget of $100, but I'm flexible. Let me know.
