I need an existing straight single brick width fence (approx. 2m high x 5.5m long) and possibly foundation demolished and replaced with the same single brick width fence. There needs to be 5 off single brick width and length piers on one side of the wall and equally spaced along the fence. If the existing foundation cannot be reused, the foundation needs to be at least 500mm H x 500 mm W, with 2 rows of 8mm trench mesh spaced 200 mm apart, with the lower mesh supported at least 150 mm above the earth. A stronger than normal mortar mix (concrete 1.5 x normal) needs to be used due to the height of the fence. Can you please separate out the costs as follows: Cost to demolish and remove existing fence; Cost to demolish and remove existing foundation if unable to be reused; Cost of concrete bricks or alternative clay bricks; Cost to construct fence; Cost to render fence with waterproof render. - Due date: Flexible

Screws for our front gate latch are no longer staying in the piece of wood attached. I have tried to detach the wood but I can’t unscrew it. The piece of wood is 57mm long, 70mm wide and 45mm tall. There are 66 pickets that need replacing on a Victorian style fence. It measures approximately 5 meters across front and 1.4 meters at the side, with 1.2 meters in height. The frame is good and does not need replacing. The style of pickets required are available at Bunnings, although I would imagine they are available elsewhere. I can supply photos.

Fence pickets and bottom joist have rotten and need replacing with H4 treated pine. Happy to have the pickets cut off at the supporting beam which is about 8 inches off ground level (as can be seen on the fence panel on the right of the one with the rot in the photo) that way only the bottom rotten part of each picket will need replacing. Length of bottom joist that needs replacing is approx 2.1m I have put the date as next Saturday but I am flexible time wise. (Can be Sunday or the following weekend also.) I’ve put the price as $5 to allow for quotes to be provided
