Looking for job to convert existing fence. Please refer photos attached. Replace existing low fence with fence to match the existing gate style and height. Insert second, sliding gate (similar to existing) so that caravan can be reversed into the property in similar position to where you can see it in the photo. Some existing dimensions: (mm) Current gate. 4200 W x 1750H Fence to right of gate. 1720H Slats - 65mm wide. Low Fence to left. - 10460 L Left side of property (looking to street) existing fence - 1800H There is also option to secure existing back fence with new posts etc if interested.

Broken fence gate need to be fixed ASAP

We have one small roof area that has gutter draining issues which caused a leak during a recent storm, and a bathroom which started leaking from the exhaust fan. Both roof areas are corrugated iron. We have work scheduled for the damage caused internally but need to fix the roof first and need qualified experienced roof plumbers to do the work. I am aware that the cost of repairs will depend on assessment of the problem and that the quoted cost could be either lower or higher. UPDATE: insurance evaluation has advised that we need a box gutter to be installed.

Need a new pool gate lock

Install a retractable baby gate. I think one wall doesn’t have a stud so not sure what solutions there are to reenforce the wall to ensure baby gate would be safe is pushed against.

Need someone to put together a desk and also install a stair gate

The anchoring bolt of the side garden gate attached to the wall is loose. The garden gate is now half detached from the exterior wall of the property once the gate is opened. Require someone to anchor and seal the gate back properly to the exterior wall. Need a proper permanent fix. Also note the bottom of the gate there is a hole drilled into the gate, allowing the bolt to penetrate deeper into the wall (see photos, highlighted in red circle). The middle, and top of the gate had no holes on the frames of the gate, so the bolts from the middle and top of the gate does not penetrate into the wall.

Side gate was removed to allow for earth moving equipment to pass by. Most pine pailings, steel post and gate are ready to install. Concrete will be required.
