Smoke alarm chirping. - needs immediate fixing in Brighton

We’re looking for a qualified, licensed electrician to inspect electrical fixtures following a recent water leak at our two-storey townhouse in Mentone. During heavy rain on Sunday, our upstairs balcony flooded, causing water to seep through the downstairs ceiling. A significant amount came through the smoke alarm and ceiling air-conditioning vent, with some ceiling staining also visible (see attached photos). We have not used the nearby ceiling LED downlights or affected fixtures since the incident due to concerns about water damage or a short circuit. We need assistance with: 1. Smoke alarm: It has been beeping approximately every 30 seconds since the leak. The hush button silences it for about 10 hours, but the beeping returns. Please inspect, test and reset or replace it if necessary. 2. Ceiling LED downlights: Inspect the nearby downlights and connections for moisture and confirm whether they are safe to use. 3. Electrical safety inspection: Check any wiring or connections potentially affected by the water, including around the air-conditioning vent. The area appears to have dried out, but we’d prefer a professional assessment before switching anything back on. Our priority is confirming the fixtures are safe and resolving the smoke alarm issue.
