This is a townhouse, and the work is on the second floor with full access to the ceiling space. **Job 2 – Add downlights and dimmer on the first floor** * Install 4 additional downlights on the first floor. * There is no ceiling access from above; however, the new lights are only about 1 metre from the existing downlights. * Replace one existing light switch with a dimmer switch. Could you please provide: 1. A quote for **Job 1 only**. 2. A quote for **both Job 1 and Job 2 together**. Please also specify whether your quote includes the supply of the downlights and dimmer switch, or if it is for labour only.

I will supply double Clipsal GPOs and can supply 2.5mm TPS or you can provide, we can work this out. Per Floor Plan: 1. Replace with double Clipsal GPO (no fuss job). Existing GPO has TPS wire only. 2. 5. & 8. Current GPO has combination TPS / VIR wire (looks like these are all connected but will need you to test / confirm), replace with 2.5mm TPS wiring and double Clipsal GPO's. 3.4.6. & 7. - new double GPOs into plaster on b/v wall. In the kitchen downstairs I have 3 lights that arent working. Id like to take 2 lights from upstairs and install 1 new one to replace these 3.
