I can’t login in my computer

Not sure if a NBN or internet provider issue. Need someone to come out and trouble shoot. I have FTTC connection and tried to connect my DODO internet modem to NBN but the connection is having issues. I called Dodo support and they said they would need to call out a technician next Friday but I am reaching out incase anyone is available sooner!
